We want happy customers.  However, our main product is men’s and women’s underwear, therefore, we must place restrictions on returns.  You can understand why.

UNDERWEAR - Underwear can only be returned if it proves to be defective.  In that case, return it to us and you will receive a replacement .  

DRESSES - Dresses can be returned within 7 days if they have not been worn.    

Please look at the information on sizes.  We want you to order the correct size.  Our products are designed and manufactured in Italy and sized for Europeans.  You must decide which size is correct for you.
